Driver training has restarted in England. Driver testing restarted in tiers one and two on 2 December and tier three on 3 December. Driver training and testing will be suspended in Northern Ireland from 27 November. Driver training and testing is not permitted in level 4 areas in Scotland.

The DIA has received numerous phone calls concerning problems with the booking procedure for driving tests. We have been pressing DVSA for solutions to this and feedback.
